The Core Team is a group of Dynamic and Inspirational Women who have changed their life paths with IWBC. They believe in the philosophy, vision and potential of the Club and are committed towards the larger Goal of creating a Support System for Women Entrepreneurs in India where Women in Business lack encouragement to create and become Profitable Organizations.

CSR Director - Sharanjit channels the spirit of impact and contribution into IWBC. She leads purpose-driven collaborations, social campaigns, and CSR initiatives that allow our members to give back, build credibility, and align profit with purpose.

Online Mentoring & Education Support Director - Sujata anchors IWBC’s online learning journey. She leads Networking 101 and 102, supports smooth conduction of virtual sessions, and crafts powerful education recaps. Her work ensures our members have consistent, structured mentoring at their fingertips.

Offline Education Director - Manisha curates transformational offline education experiences. From masterclasses to expert speaker series, she ensures every physical chapter meet is packed with relevant insights, actionable takeaways, and high-value learning.

Events & Engagement Director - Jennifer is the heartbeat of IWBC’s event experience. She orchestrates flagship meets, socials, and chapter celebrations—making sure every touchpoint is dynamic, inclusive, and designed for deep networking and visibility.

PR & Marketing Director - Lamya amplifies IWBC’s voice across digital and public platforms. She leads PR, storytelling, and marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and highlight the achievements of our members—positioning IWBC as a leading force for women entrepreneurs in India

Performance Management Director - Dr. Meenu brings structure, accountability, and sharp performance tracking across all IWBC chapters. She ensures every member stays aligned with their business goals, driving growth through consistent reviews, feedback, and mentoring.

Every Chapter in IWBC is headed by a Chapter Head who handles the smooth running of the Chapter and acts as a guiding force for all members.
The Chapter Head is the one-point connection between the members and the Core Team and is also highly involved in grooming and encouraging each member to reach their true potential.

Each chapter is further divided into Teams for more systematic functioning. The Team Leads work individually with their teams on a more intimate basis taking care of the smallest of the issues. They ably support the chapter head in the efficient running of the chapter and to support members.
