The Core Team is a group of Dynamic and Inspirational Women who have changed their life paths with IWBC. They believe in the philosophy, vision and potential of the Club and are committed towards the larger Goal of creating a Support System for Women Entrepreneurs in India where Women in Business lack encouragement to create and become Profitable Organizations.

Zonal Directors - They are the bridge between a New Member and IWBC. They ensure that our Guests have a great experience with us. Whether they become a Member or not, this team guarantees that every Businesswoman has the best-in-class experience as a Guest.

Strategic Director - They are the Masterminds behind every successful Launch Event. They survey different areas for potential Chapter Launches and facilitate the smooth set-up of New Chapters in Mumbai. They ensure that each Chapter is launched like a Rockstar.

Education Directors - The Golden Pillar of IWBC, and the Core focus of the Education Team is to look at the Training needs for any Entrepreneur to Grow and brainstorm and develop Training content in Business to be delivered in the Chapter Meets of IWBC to help every Member.

Member Engagement Director - Is responsible for managing the Image and Reputation of a Company both Online & Offline. She influences opinions and behaviour, both internally and externally, through various communication channels, including websites, social media, press coverage etc

PR & Marketing Director - Is responsible for Bringing IWBC and its work to the forefront with effective marketing strategies. She ensures a positive and authentic presence of IWBC on Online and Offline Platforms including Social Media, Newspapers and Radio/TV Channels

Every Chapter in IWBC is headed by a Chapter Head who handles the smooth running of the Chapter and acts as a guiding force for all members.
The Chapter Head is the one-point connection between the members and the Core Team and is also highly involved in grooming and encouraging each member to reach their true potential.

Each chapter is further divided into Teams for more systematic functioning. The Team Leads work individually with their teams on a more intimate basis taking care of the smallest of the issues. They ably support the chapter head in the efficient running of the chapter and to support members.
